Your leads and calls

Every missed call your receptionist takes ends up in one of two places: your Inbox while it needs you, and Calls for good.

Tap any lead in your Inbox to open it. You’ll find:

  • The caller’s name at the top, or “Unknown caller” if they didn’t give one.
  • Their number: tap to call on mobile, tap to copy on desktop.
  • Summary: what they wanted, in a couple of sentences.
  • Details: answers to any lead details you’ve asked your receptionist to collect.
  • In your calendar: the appointment, if your receptionist booked one.
  • The recording and transcript of the whole call.

Once you’ve called them back, tap Mark done. The lead leaves your Inbox and your open count drops. If you need it back, open it from Calls and tap Mark not done.

Calls is the permanent record. It opens on the Leads filter, which shows every call that captured a lead. Switch to All to include spam and anything else your receptionist handled. Tick Show handled to include leads you’ve already marked done, and tap Show more at the bottom to load older calls.

Your call history is permanent, so a call from March is still there in September with its transcript, lead details and summary. The audio recording is the one part that does not last forever: it is deleted from your account automatically 90 days after the call.
