Turning forwarding off or changing phones
Forwarding lives on your phone, not in Sayora, so you control it from the keypad. Your Sayora number keeps working the whole time; you’re only choosing which calls reach it.
Turn one divert off
Section titled “Turn one divert off”Each divert switches off on its own, and the others keep working. Go to Settings, then Call forwarding, and open Turn any of these off under the test. It lists one code for each divert you set, and you can tap each to copy it:
- Ring then forward:
##61# - Declined or busy:
##67# - Off or no signal:
##62# - Every call, if you chose straight away:
##21# - On a landline:
#61#
Dial the code and wait for the confirmation.
Getting your voicemail back
Section titled “Getting your voicemail back”Calls you switch off go back to your voicemail. Switching a divert off also clears the network’s own voicemail routing for it, so if voicemail stays quiet afterwards, turn it back on with your network: Vodafone 1211, O2 1750, giffgaff 1616, EE in the app.
Turn it back on
Section titled “Turn it back on”Your Sayora number hasn’t changed, so the codes are the same as before, on the same screen. See How to forward your calls.
Moving to a new phone or SIM
Section titled “Moving to a new phone or SIM”Forwarding is set per line, so a new phone on the same SIM keeps it, and a new SIM does not. On a new SIM, tap See my codes again, dial them, and run the test. Moving from a mobile to a landline, or back, tap Change answers: Sayora walks you through the codes that clear the old phone first, then the code for the new one, and asks for the new number the test should ring.
Check whether it’s on
Section titled “Check whether it’s on”Dial *#61# and press call. Your phone shows whether “no answer” forwarding is active and where it points. *#67# and *#62# do the same for the other two diverts.
These are the standard UK network codes. Message us if your provider behaves differently and we’ll help you sort it.
