Your account
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”Go to app.sayora.ai and sign in with the email and password you set at signup. The lead texts you get carry a link straight to your leads, so most days you won’t need to type the address.
Forgot your password?
Section titled “Forgot your password?”On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and we send a secure reset link. Follow it to choose a new password.
Your account details
Section titled “Your account details”Go to Settings, then Account. You’ll see:
- First name and Last name: the name we use when we text and email you. Edit them here and tap Save changes.
- Your Sayora number, ready to copy.
- Business, Email and Time zone. These are fixed from your account. Need a change? Message us and we’ll sort it.
Business identity
Section titled “Business identity”Go to Settings, then Business identity. UK rules ask us to register your Sayora number to your business, so this screen asks for two things once: the mobile we text your leads to, and either your company number (we look up the registered name and address for you) or, for a sole trader, your trading address. After that it shows what is registered. Need a change? Message us and we’ll sort it.
Changing your password
Section titled “Changing your password”Go to Settings, then Account, and tap Change password at the bottom. We ask for your current password first, then the new one. The new password needs at least 12 characters.
If you sign in with Google you won’t see Change password, because there’s no password to confirm. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen whenever you want to set a new one.
Signing out
Section titled “Signing out”Sign out is at the bottom of the Account screen. Your receptionist keeps answering while you’re signed out; signing out only affects the portal on that device.
One account, one business
Section titled “One account, one business”Each Sayora account is one business with one number. If you run a second business, message us and we’ll set it up as its own account.
