Your Inbox

Your Inbox is the first screen you see at app.sayora.ai. It has one job: show you what needs you, and nothing that doesn’t.

What’s on it

• This week: three counts at the top. Calls answered, Leads captured, and Spam screened out.
• The open list: every lead waiting for a call back, with any setup steps still to do, priority first.
• When you’ve dealt with everything, it says All done.

Working through it

Tap a lead to open it. You’ll see the caller’s name, their callback number (tap to call on mobile, tap to copy on desktop), a Summary of what they wanted, and the full recording and transcript.

Tap Mark done once you’ve followed up, and it clears from the list. Change your mind with Mark not done.

Nothing is lost when you mark a lead done: every call, lead or not, stays in Calls. See Your leads and calls.
