# Your plan and pricing

One plan, at the early bird price, and your first week is on us.

## The plan

£49 a month. Unlimited minutes. Your own dedicated UK number.

£49 is the early bird price, for 50 accounts. Early birds keep £49, unlimited minutes and a named account manager for as long as their subscription stays active. If your subscription ends, because you cancel or a payment never goes through, your early bird price ends with it, and a restart is at the price new accounts pay then. The [pricing page](https://sayora.ai/pricing/) says how many places are left.

## Your free trial

Your 7-day free trial starts when you add a card, after you've tried your receptionist. You get full access straight away and your number goes live. On day 6 we send a reminder so nothing catches you out. If Sayora is working for you, there's nothing to do; the plan simply begins when the trial ends.

If you cancel during the trial, calls stop when the trial ends. If your first payment doesn't go through when the trial ends, your receptionist keeps answering for 14 days while we retry it, and then calls stop. Either way, your account and number are removed 30 days after calls stop. Restart or fix your payment within those 30 days and you keep everything you've set up.

## Managing your plan

Go to **Settings**, then **Billing**. You'll see your **Plan**, **Status** and **Next payment** date. While your calls are being restored, it also shows your **Number**. Tap **Manage my plan** to update your card or cancel. You can cancel any time, and you stay live until the end of the period you've already paid for.

## If a payment fails

Your status shows **Past due** and the button becomes **Fix payment**. Your receptionist keeps answering for 14 days while we retry the payment, and we email you when it fails and twice more before calls pause. We keep retrying for another week after that, and if a retry goes through, your calls come back on by themselves. Your calls, contacts and settings are still here while you sort it out. If the payment never lands, calls pause after 14 days and the 90 days below begin (30 days if you never paid).

## Cancelling

Cancel through **Manage my plan**. Until your paid period ends the status reads **Ends soon** and you can tap **Keep my plan** to change your mind. After that, calls stop and the 90 days below begin (30 days if you never paid).

## After your service ends

Once you've paid for at least one month, the same 90 days follow however your service ended: you cancelled, a payment stopped, or you asked us to close the account. (If you never paid, it's 30 days instead, as above.)

For those 90 days we hold your number and everything on your account. Tap **Restart for £49** on the Billing screen and you pick up where you left off, with the same number, so nothing you've printed or published goes out of date.

At 90 days the number is released and the account closes with it. Your calls, transcripts, lead summaries and login are deleted, and coming back after that means starting fresh. We email you a week before, so the date is never a surprise.
