# Your Inbox

Your Inbox is the first screen you see at [app.sayora.ai](https://app.sayora.ai/). It has one job: show you what needs you, and nothing that doesn't.

## What's on it

* **This week**: three counts at the top. **Calls** answered, **Leads** captured, and **Spam** screened out.
* **The open list**: every lead waiting for a call back, with any setup steps still to do, priority first.
* When you've dealt with everything, it says **All done**.

## Working through it

Tap a lead to open it. You'll see the caller's name, their callback number (tap to call on mobile, tap to copy on desktop), a **Summary** of what they wanted, and the transcript. The recording follows, usually within a few minutes of the call ending, once Sayora has bleeped out the private details it found, such as phone numbers and email addresses. Until then the lead shows **Sayora is preparing the recording.** If that can't be finished, you'll see **The recording for this call isn't available.** instead, and the transcript is still there.

Tap **Mark done** once you've followed up, and it clears from the list. Change your mind with **Mark not done**.

Nothing is lost when you mark a lead done: every call, lead or not, stays in **Calls**. See [Your leads and calls](https://help.sayora.ai/en/article/your-leads-and-calls-6psk8z/).

## The three tabs

* **Inbox**: what needs you now.
* **Calls**: your full call history.
* **Settings**: in two groups. **Your receptionist** is what your receptionist knows and does: **Business details**, **Knowledge**, **Personality**, **Leads** and **Bookings**. **Your account** is how calls reach you, your account and billing. On a phone it opens on a list of every settings page, each with a line saying where it stands; on a computer the pages are listed down the side.
