# Your business details and opening hours

Alongside your common questions, two settings shape what your receptionist knows about your business. Both are on one page, **Business details**. There's no save button: each change saves itself as you make it, and the top of the page says **Saved** once it has.

## Your business details

Go to **Settings**, then **Business details**. Under **Your business** and **Where you work** is the foundation your receptionist works from:

* **About**: a plain description, the way you'd explain it to a new customer. "Family-run plumbing firm covering Leeds and nearby. Gas Safe registered, all work guaranteed."
* **Services**: the jobs you take on, one to a row. Tap **Add a service** for each one (Enter starts the next), type over one to change it, and tap the cross beside one to remove it.
* Then pick how you work: **We travel to customers**, or **Customers come to us, or we deliver**. Your answer changes the last field.
* **Areas you cover** (if you travel): the towns and postcodes you work in. Or **Where you're based** (if customers come to you).

A field saves when you move on from it; a choice saves the moment you pick it. The more accurate these are, the better your receptionist answers callers and spots the jobs that are right for you. From your setup list, the details open on their own with one button, **Looks right**, which ticks the step off.

Your business name sits at the top of **Your business**. To change it, message us.

## Your opening hours

Further down **Business details**, under **Opening hours**, tick the days you're open and set the times for each; untick a day to mark it closed. A ticked day saves straight away, and a time saves when you move on from it. **Copy Monday to weekdays** saves typing the same hours five times.

**Call back within**, just below your hours, is the most your receptionist will promise a caller: **Within an hour**, **Same day**, **Next working day**, or **No time promised**. Pick the one you can keep on a bad day, not a good one.

Your receptionist still catches every missed call, whatever the hour. Your opening hours and call-back window just help your receptionist set the right expectation with callers about when you'll get back to them.
