# How you hear about a new lead

The moment a call ends, Sayora lets you know. Here's what happens.

## You get a text

From "Sayora", within seconds:

> New call from [name], [number]. [A short summary of what they wanted.] Your leads: [link]

Anything urgent is flagged with **URGENT:** at the front, so the calls that can't wait stand out.

The same lead arrives in your email inbox too, because **Email alerts** is on from the start. You can turn it off under **Settings**, then **Leads** (see [Lead alerts and caller texts](https://help.sayora.ai/en/article/lead-alerts-and-caller-texts-peart4/)). Rather not get the texts? Turn off **Text alerts** on the same page; leads still land in your portal.

## Your caller can get a text too

Turn on **Text your callers** on the same page and the caller gets a friendly text from your business's own name, recapping what they rang about and letting them know you'll be in touch. You can add rules for it too, like asking them to send photos of the job. It starts off for new accounts. (Booked appointments skip this, since the booking confirmation already covers it.)

## Everything's in your portal

Open the link, or sign in at [app.sayora.ai](https://app.sayora.ai/), and the call is waiting in your **Inbox**: the caller's name, their callback number, a **Summary** and the transcript. The recording follows, usually within a few minutes of the call ending, once Sayora has bleeped out the private details it found, such as phone numbers and email addresses. Until then the call shows **Sayora is preparing the recording.** If that can't be finished, you'll see **The recording for this call isn't available.** instead, and the transcript is still there. Tap **Mark done** once you've followed up, and it clears from the list. See [Your leads and calls](https://help.sayora.ai/en/article/your-leads-and-calls-6psk8z/).
